I personally shoot in the
digital format because I feel that this format suits my style, and allows me
to give the best personalized service.
- One of the biggest positive things about
film is that most film photographers charge less than digital photographers.
If you are on a budget you will probably be shooting with a film photographer.
- Since you will not get immediate feedback
with film, make sure your photographer shoots polaroids before each lighting
set up so you can judge whether or not the picture represents you before photographing
a whole roll of film.
- Some people will say that with film you have the potential to
loose pictures in the film processing. What people do not realize is that
you can loose digital information just as easily. I had a friend who lost
a large amount of pictures due to a corrupt smart card.
