So many times a new actor is afraid to express their thoughts or concerns. In many cases a problem can be resolved on the spot, so make sure you communicate with your photographer if you have any problems with how things are going.
If your problem can not be resolved, and your photographer does not seem to be willing to resolve the issue, I suggest you make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and also let friends and teachers know what happened, especially those who referred you to this particular photographer.
