I should not have to comment on this, but you would be amazed at how many actors never show up for a scheduled meeting on time.
You would expect your photographer to be on time for your shoot, just as your photographer expects you to be on time as well. Most photographers have multiple shoots scheduled on the same day, and your tardiness may force your photographer to rush your shoot to make up for lost time.
Make sure you know the terms and conditions surrounding the shoot. Many times a simple phone call is sufficient to save your time slot, but you may lose your shoot and/or deposit depending on how tardy you are.
